About the Role We are seeking an experienced, and dynamic Contracts Professional to oversee and manage complex contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. This role is responsible to negotiate terms, draft agreements, and monitor the execution of contracts. Additionally, the individual will participate in significant Customers engagements which include: Major Programs of Record, Competitive Procurements, Firm Fixed Pricing Production Contracts, Complex Engineering Contracts and Service & Development Contracts. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who has strong communication and negotiation skills. They value networking, building relationships and being part of an agile team. They poses strong industry knowledge, a curiosity to learn, have technical contracts expertise, and the ability to use critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and issues.
