As a Cell Operator in our Valve factory, you will take part in the precise assembly of valve components that are necessary to multiple Watts products. Your role will involve the use of assembly tools, machines, jigs, and fixtures to ensure that all valves and sub-parts meet our standards. As a full-time employee, you are offered a variety of medical plan options to choose from, ensuring that your health and wellness needs are supported.

You Will:
  • Assemble valves and sub-components according to established procedures.

  • Follow prescribed Assembly Test Instructions (ATI) to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

  • Test and package valves and components in individual boxes and master cartons, ensuring identification labels and instructional materials are included.

  • Complete recaps, production records, and quality control documents to maintain accurate production data.

  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks to ensure the work area meets environmental and safety standards.

You Have:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.

  • Ability to read and understand English preferred.

  • Capability to occasionally lift and move up to 35 pounds individually, and 80 pounds with assistance.

  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Before joining our team, you must successfully complete the following pre-employment screenings:

  • Background Check: A comprehensive review of educational credentials, criminal records, and social security validation to ensure alignment with company standards and regulations.

  • Drug Screen: Testing for controlled substances to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

  • Physical Examination: Verification of physical fitness to perform job responsibilities safely.

Completion of these requirements is necessary for finalizing employment offers and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical work setting.
