Position Summary:

The Supervisor, Compliance - SIG Experience Center is responsible for training, supervising, and delegating the SIG Experience Center retail sales team and aiding in the overall successful operation of the SIG Experience Center. Collaborate with the Retail Manager, Inventory Manager, and compliance team to ensure the successful operation of the SIG Experience Center.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Direct supervision of the SIG Experience Center compliance team, customer service & sales associates to include:
  • Training on POS & 4473 processes.
  • Create schedules and adjust them based on business needs.
  • Recruit, select, and hire employees to meet business trends.
  • Supervision of employee performance to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Leading a service-first experience for the customer and culture for the SIG Experience team.
  • Ability to efficiently handle customer sales inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Accountable for sales growth by understanding your team's impact on profitability.
  • Implementation and editing of retail & compliance team SOPs.
  • ATF compliance.
  • Direct communication with SIG legal department.
  • Creates & Implements SOP's for the compliance team.
  • All other duties assigned.


Education/Experience & Skills:



  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Oracle applications.
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position within the firearms industry preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with completing and processing ATF 4473 and 3310.12 forms.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in firearms handling and SIG product knowledge.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of presenting a positive professional image of the company to a wide variety of contacts.
  • Demonstrates comfortable ability interacting with employees and customers daily
  • Able to work both in a team environment and independently, taking direction and guidance from multiple staff members and supervisors.


      Working Conditions:



      • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
      • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
      • Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
      • Must be able to follow established policies and procedures, and work with limited direct direction supervision.
      • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
