Job Summary:

Organize the activities of a rail depot including loading trailers, offloading rail cars, product quality control, depot maintenance, rail car management, communications with region, NOC and railroad

Principle Responsibilities:



  • Offload Rail car (must be present during all rail offloading)
  • Load Trailers as necessary Perform batch and Lot tests on Tank(s) and Trailers
  • Maintain and review daily quality documents in accordance with validations (Beverage/FDA) (as applicable)
  • Perform routine analyzer calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Perform Premier Guard maintenance per guideline
  • Perform minor and preventive maintenance on process equipment Maintain process tanks, piping and other site equipment
  • Maintain railcar load/unload stations
  • Computer skills for SAP data entry and retrieval
  • Rail Car management with railroad and logistics Rail Car inspections as per guidelines
  • Stock and Order site consumables
  • Perform Monthly facility inspections, annual reports, environmental sampling and reporting
  • Must understand and comply with all CO2 quality requirements.
  • Able to work nights and weekends, call-outs
  • Willing to learn CO2 system and policies (TRACCESS)
  • Able to train and certify drivers
  • Manage Trip schedules, paperwork related to dispatch Work with NOC to efficiently schedule trips and inventory control


Qualifications:



  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in industrial plant, operations or maintenance department
