WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR... Campbell's is seeking a Senior IT Solution Manager, Finance Application Operations who is responsible for end-to-end operations of the group of applications within the finance domain. The person in the role will drive standards around ITSM operational disciplines to deliver best in class operations, maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, focus on RACI-driven inter-team collaboration, transform service to provide a quick-turn around, and always resolve to root cause. This role contributes to identifying cost optimization opportunities and will work with the support partner and enabling the highest efficient and throughput, through process-driven approach. The person in this role provides in-depth technical knowledge and serves as the primary liaison for applications within the finance domain. In addition, this role will also partner with key IT stakeholders such as Application Owners, the Infrastructure & Application Platforms team, Information Security, and Digital Workforce Technology teams for the respective application to anticipate, plan and deliver to their operational requirements with agility and scalability. WHAT YOU WILL DO... Own ITSM Application Operational Disciplines Orchestrate, own, enable implementation & sustain the following operational disciplines for an application by taking full ownership of applications within the service domain, and hold the partner accountable to delivering to the highest quality Drive service execution conduct weekly governance meetings to measure service performance Plan and execute application support work and/or changes in response to planned changes Drive development of internal procedures, tools, and documents to provide a high level of application integrity and availability and to ensure timely, effective support Develop scope documents and maintain technical support standards and procedures Coordinate, ensure, and maintain extensive system documentation, including but not limited to requirements and designed specifications Implement an agile model, leverage automation development and testing: Unit, Integration, Regression Testing, Business Process Testing, Test Data Creation, Environment Management and Status, Data Collection & Reporting Automation Advocate for elimination of repetitive operational tasks across service base by creating repeatable processes Implement a step-by-step approach starting with breaking down end-to-end processes into small bits and beginning automation with simple but high-impact use cases Help operations to be more predictive and preventive in an ever-evolving environment Leverage Test automation as the primary approach for Quality Assurance Partner with Application Owners, Project & Architecture teams for applications in the domain Own daily environment status and reporting to Digital Partners, Application Owners and Project team Work with L3/L4 leads for the respective application to plan expected workload Understand projects which are scheduled to begin or currently in progress, their planned Transition to Run, and its impact on the respective service disciplines Work with architects for the respective application to understand design changes to the application, assess the potential impact to operations support, and in turn prepare for it proactively Ensure orderly transition of new or modified services into production together with the necessary adaptions to the existing service disciplines to accommodate the intake Partner with Integration, Application Platform, Infrastructure, Monitoring & ITSM Teams Own resolution of incidents within the domain, driving the cross matrixed teams to root cause resolution. Responsible for SLA communications and updates to Digital Partners/Application Owners within the domain. Define and maintain RACI between Application L3/L4, Integration, Application Platform & Infrastructure Teams for the 27 operational disciplines Work with the respective Application Platform and/or Infrastructure teams for the Application to understand their planned BAU initiatives Assess workload impact, and scale up the team as required to support such initiatives Ensure Testing Quality of test scripts, test execution and sign off Identify, communicate & partner with Monitoring team to implement monitoring requirements for applications Ensure retrospectives are performed to identify evolving needs, and iteratively update the solution backlog based on those requirements Implement a continuous improvement feedback cycle striving to achieve "Green" status across all service disciplines. Make key metrics visible to all to increase transparency, enable trust, and drive alignment Responsible for skill gap identification across teams and takes action to close them Identify and verify the root cause(s) Plan and implement actions that correct the root cause(s) Confirm the actions taken to achieve the target Ensure the improved level of performance is maintained Plan what is to be done with any remaining problems Evaluate the effectiveness and set revised target for further improvement WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... Reports to IT Director, Financial Technology Digital Transformation Less than 10% of travel includes vendor visits, manufacturing sites, trade shows, etc. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $-$0Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
