Pharmacist licensure by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy. Three (3) years of clinical pharmacy experience.

Preferred:

Experience in hospital pharmacy or the completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency. Board certification: BCPS, BCCCP, CSP, or BCPPS. Five (5) years of clinical pharmacy experience. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
