Position Overview:Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition? Huntsman is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the recruitment process and help you develop skills that are essential for a career in HR and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct research to identify potential talent pools and job market trends.
  • Help with the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files and maintaining databases.

Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Masters is Preferred
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR practices, and career development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
