Acute Pain Services NP or PA - The University of Vermont Medical Center Minimum Education & Experience: Requirements for Nurse Practitioners:RN and APRN currently (or eligible) licensed in VT. Successful completion of an approved NP program and certification required (FNP, ANP, AGNP or ACAGNP). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, current or at time of start Requirements for Physician Assistant: Current (or eligible) certification to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Vermont. Academic preparation at the Masters level is required. 1+ years of Advanced Practice experience preferred, although highly motivated new grads with relevant experience will be considered.
