JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State York is seeking an Associate Director of Enrollment Management to develop and manage recruitment strategies that align with the campus and university strategic goals and organize outreach activities for high school students. This position is expected to be primarily onsite but may offer opportunities for flexible work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process. This position in coordination with the Regional Director of Enrollment Management, this position is responsible for the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives for Penn State York. This position will also supervise, train, and evaluate admissions counselors, financial aid coordinators, and administrative assistants while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the enrollment management office. This position is also involved in campus and off-campus recruitment activities. Job Duties:
