Do you like being in the middle of activities that can bring a customer great satisfaction by receiving a complete order on time and in full? Our company is focused on the customer experience, and our growth is driving change on behalf of customers!

What You'll Do:

  • Understand email, voice mail, text, and phone calls to clarify the request from primarily salespeople.
  • Understand warehouse and operational standards and processes to ensure timely and efficient execution. This also includes consistent feedback and education to salespeople, managers, and other warehouse team members to help reduce exceptions and favors in the warehouse that disrupt the daily flow of work in the warehouse.
  • Record every request with resolution so that the operational team has data to further focus on key areas of disruption and trouble, so that we can improve and serve our customers better by primarily using the company's systems

What You'll Bring:

  • You are outgoing and confident in helping advocate for customers, clear communication.
  • Fair play: Once you understand the "rules" and "associates' roles", you are able to articulate and reinforce the following of processes, but also help them to meet customer needs.
  • Trouble shooting, solving issues across departments: You may have to bring different departments to the table to solve for a customer issue. An example could be that the order calls for 1,000 units, but we only have 400 available. Sales may need to work with the customer to take 300 now, and the rest will be available in 5 days.
  • Great Communication skills: If a customer's needs can't be met, you can effectively communicate this back to the sales person, but also provide when we can support the request.
  • Quick learner: You will be exposed to systems that you are likely not familiar with. You should have a base of using MS suite applications as well as have experience with corporate ERP systems
