As our first Sr. Program Manager, Channel Enablement, you'll be the head of channel enablement globally! Not only will youbuild and implement our partner enablement strategy-you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of this function and create a path for team growth.This is a role for someone who's ready to drive high-impact initiatives, build relationships, and influence how Verkada works with our top partners across the nation!


Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Learning Initiatives: Spearhead the development, execution, and communication of impactful learning programs across our channel partners, amplifying business value and partner success.
  • Design Scalable Frameworks: Build repeatable, scalable program frameworks that support our channel's broader objectives, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Expand Competency Programs: Establish and grow learning programs that enhance partner processes and strengthen our internal team's channel interactions.
  • Collaborate on Content Creation: Partner closely with our Instructional Designer and Enablement leads to craft compelling instructional content and manage our partner portal.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Work with sales leadership and channel business partners to identify and prioritize program improvements.
  • Track and Report Impact: Communicate the performance of channel enablement programs and demonstrate impact through quarterly reviews.
  • Blend Strategy with Execution: Balance strategic planning with hands-on program management.
  • Oversee Product and Process Launches: Drive resource balancing for New Product Introductions (NPIs), ensuring channel perspectives are included.
  • Manage All Program Aspects: Execute end-to-end program elements such as training, scheduling, documentation, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead live and virtual training sessions to empower partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

*** Location: Must reside in or near the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and be comfortable commuting to our HQ office in San Mateo. Be ready for an exciting start with up to 75% nationwide travel during your first few months for engaging partner onsite visits!

*** Experience: 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Channel Operations, or Program Management with channel partner experience.



  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Confident in a high-visibility role engaging frequently with leadership across departments.
  • Organizational Agility: Skilled at managing multiple programs and priorities, balancing big-picture vision with tactical execution.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive meeting agendas and action items.
  • Autonomy and Initiative: Self-driven and comfortable working independently with remote teams.
  • Preferred: Program/Project Management certifications.

Pay Disclosure

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada's total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
