JOB SUMMARY: Under administrative guidelines, this position is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the institution's brand presence across multiple platforms. Develop and execute strategies that create a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all branding initiatives align with the college's mission and goal. Leads efforts to enhance the institution's brand presence and reputation. Work closely with various departments to ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative that aligns with the college's mission and goals Manage college events, audio-visual services, digital marketing, web marketing, and public information initiatives SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the college's visibility and reputation. Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. Conduct brand audits and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the college's brand message. Manage the production of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, advertisements, and promotional items. Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to brand standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and implement an integrated brand strategy that encompasses all aspects of the college experience from admissions to alumni relations Oversee the creation and management of brand assets, ensuring consistency and high quality across all platforms and materials. Manage relationships with 3rd party service providers/ external agencies and vendors to produce innovative and impactful brand campaigns /brand projects on time and within budget. Lead the planning and execution of major college events including commencement, community outreach events and special occasion. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events are executed seamlessly and reflect the college's brand. Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Manage the college's web presence, ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with branding guidelines. Analyze market trends and conduct research to inform brand positioning and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. Completes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in brand management, marketing, pr related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; preference in a higher educational setting Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. managing large-scale events, digital marketing strategies, and public relations efforts. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written and collaboration abilities. Familiar with the latest marketing technologies and platforms. Ability to think both creatively and strategically. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight timelines, priorities, and resource constraints. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use good judgment and discretion with a strong work ethic. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact diplomatically with the public, support staff, and College administrators in a professional, and timely manner. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position classifies the physical exertion requirements as medium work involving lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. If someone can do medium work, we determine that he or she can also do sedentary and light work.
