Full Time Description
Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee our production processes in our Dadeville manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will have prior experience in manufacturing production and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team of production workers. This person will be responsible for ensuring that our production schedules are met, that products meet our quality standards, and that safety protocols are followed. This person will also lead team to achieve company goals and KPI's by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Competencies
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related field. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer skills.
