Position Summary The We QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: * Master's Degree in Education or directly related field if applying to teach undergraduate level courses. * Ph.D. or equivalent in doctorate in Education or closely related field Preferred Qualifications: * Potential to teach online or certification or experience in online teaching. * Potential to teach or demonstrated ability to teach at the college level. * A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
