Introduction to the job ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. Oracle IT Business Analysts maximize the organization's investment in ERP software and processes. This position designs and supports solutions from across a variety of disciplines from finance to field service. It is our goal to avoid silos of knowledge and single points of failure. We expect our team members to know how the organization operates and how our software solutions manage that operation. This is an opportunity to teach and to learn. The Oracle IT business analyst supports activities throughout our enterprise with more than 150 inventory organizations and 7 operating units in 20 countries. The role will support a 12.2.10 environment with more than 20 years of Oracle eBS growth and a substantial number of modifications, customizations, and integrations. Beyond Oracle EBS, the organization is also heavily invested in cloud applications from Oracle and other providers. This is a techno-functional role that can be the gateway for a developer to gain business analyst experience. IT Business Analysts collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support standard and custom solutions. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
