- HYBRID - If you reside within 50 miles of Adtalem offices in Chicago, IL, Addison, IL, Columbia, MD, Minneapolis, MN, and Miramar, FL this role is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu), with the rest of the workweek spent working from home.
- REMOTE - If you live over 50 miles from Adtalem offices in Chicago, IL, Addison, IL, Columbia, MD, Minneapolis, MN, and Miramar, FL, this role is remote. However, occasional office visits may be required based on business needs, with advance communication for such requests.

The Academic Coordinator is a full-time faculty member who reports to an Associate Dean I and works closely with the relevant School and College academic advising and administrative staffs, and faculty to address a variety of academic and student issues.
Responsibilities
- Course instruction, course content development, and other curricular activities as needed Managing administrative functions appropriate to their assignments
- Participation in university and school residencies where appropriate to a program
- Engagement in scholarship Service on university and school committees and for school initiatives as needed.
- Availability Walden expects coordinators to be reasonably accessible to students.
- When teaching courses and serving on committees, coordinators are expected to be available to students outside the course discussion board and in addition to providing substantive feedback on assignments and postings.
- Coordinators will publish their availability to students through course syllabi, instructor information in the classroom, and/or other appropriate documents.
- The university suggests regular and predictable availability, such as online office hours or regular online chats.
- Residencies Coordinators may be required to attend residencies, where they will teach intensives and colloquia.
- They may also facilitate school and university-wide discussions.
- OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

Qualifications
- Doctoratein Nursing with appropriate NP certification. Required
- 3 Three to five years teaching experience as appropriate to the program. Required
- ActiveNurse Practitioner License
- Active MN RN and APRN Nursing License within 6 months.
- Active PMHNP Certification
- 2 years of clinical practice experience as PMHNP. Required

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70696.34 and $124230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
