The Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining producer red flag guidelines and revising these guidelines in partnership with Licensing and Distribution when necessary. They will evaluate and decision Compliance escalated producer appointment requests, documenting their review and regularly preparing reports to Management on volumes and emerging trends. They will work closely with the Licensing team to ensure that all current and proposed producer related processes comply with regulatory requirements and Company guidelines. The Compliance Analyst will also support the LGA Compliance team with regulatory filings, training and L&G Group related deliverables as assigned. Producer Compliance Review
Producer Appointment Review -
Compliance Training - Support the AVP, Risk and Compliance with the selection of company-wide Compliance training. Oversee and monitor the completion of company-wide training and provide reports to the Senior Leadership Team. Regulatory Engagement and Reporting - Prepare regulatory filings and examinations as assigned. Management Information / Reporting - Prepare compliance reporting and presentations, including those required by L&G Group Conduct Risk, as assigned. Other Duties as Assigned Education

What's in it for you? The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $92,050 annually. This role will be hybrid with 3 days per week in office. The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 8% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 15 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
