Overview

NaphCare is hiring experienced Mental Health Professional just like you at the Montgomery County Jail facility located in Dayton, OH. Full Time shifts, Part Time, and PRN shifts are available. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Pay ranges vary based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs can be discussed upon interview.

Responsibilities for Licensed Mental Health Professionals:

  • Perform and document mental health evaluations, progress notes, individual and group counseling notes and suicide watch notes
  • Coordinate with healthcare and security staff regarding patients' mental health care and release dates
  • Participate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staff

Qualifications for Licensed Mental Health Professionals:

  • Master's prepared Mental Health Professional with active, unrestricted licensure as a (LCSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) in Ohio
  • 1 year experience preferred
  • Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-V / DSM-V-TR criteria
