JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Berks seeks a Director of Enrollment Management, to provide leadership and vision for the College's admissions and financial aid effort. The Director of Enrollment Management administers the overall student recruitment program at a Penn State campus of nearly 2,000 students with significant growth potential in all sectors: in-state, out-of-state, and international students. The College is situated in a region that is experiencing population growth, particularly among Hispanic/Latino students and students of color. Responsibilities of the position include the following:

This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Background check.
This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required along with standard background checks in line with the position's requirements. The position requires the ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays. The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
