Job Summary The Shift Lead Field Service Representative is responsible for providing expert technical support, maintaining site relations with customers, developing strategies for optimizing site operations, and leading local field teams to ensure proper operations and level 1 maintenance services are being completed proficiently for customers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving highly complex technical issues, managing projects, and providing mentorship to Operators. Duties & Responsibilities
