RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The supervisor or group leader will train and observe the employee in each of the following duties until such time the employee demonstrates competent skill level. 1. The employee is required to read and understand blueprints for dimensions, tolerances and other product specifications needed for inspection and deburring operations. 2. The employee is required to read and understand the job order and router for product specifications such as part number, dimensions, tolerances, number of parts to be cleaned and packaging requirements. 3. Perform occasional secondary bench operations of deburring, polishing and microblasting as needed. 4. Perform occasional making of labels for product to be shipped as needed. 5. Performs cleaning operations such as cleaning, visual inspection, weighing/counting, and packaging as specified on the router operation. 6. The employee will need to clean out and maintain equipment for cleaning processing in order to ensure proper operation. 7. The employee is expected to become competent in working with small parts that require the use of a microscope to detect specific items and conformance to specifications. 8. The Cleaning Technician I will become competent in the final cleaning, visual inspection, packaging and weighing/counting of completed products. 9. To perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Group Leader. REQUIREMENTS 1. Requires a High School diploma.
