About Us:

Park City Surgery Center is a premier healthcare provider located in the scenic Park City, Utah. Our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center features four operating rooms and a dedicated team that collaborates with leading orthopedic and spine surgeons to deliver top-notch care.

Role Overview:

As a key team member, you'll ensure that all surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment are meticulously handled-from inventory management and decontamination to sterilization and distribution. This role involves independent work and requires a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble, clean, decontaminate, and disinfect surgical instruments.
• Assemble, wrap, label, and package instruments.
• Sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Pull and prepare case carts.
• Clean and maintain CP equipment.
• Perform and document sterilization tests.
• Manage inventory and issue clinical equipment and sterile supplies.
• Verify and ensure compliance with sterilization processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Central Processing Certification from HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) required within one year of hire.
• Preferred: Experience in orthopedic healthcare.
