The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 8am-3:30pm. The starting salary is $19-$20 per hour depending on experience. Summary/Primary Purpose: Provide case management services for individuals and families receiving housing services through the Salvation Army. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required. Two years paid full-time experience in providing services to clients in a social service setting. Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Other Qualifications: Must pass all applicable background checks. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Within 90 days of hire must successfully complete the following: Safe from Harm training, The Salvation Army's Case Manager Certification, Pathway of Hope training, and The Salvation Army's Information Management System (SIMS) training Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
