Would you want to be on the cutting edge of renovating the child welfare system in Illinois? This newly created position will lead the charge in changing how child welfare is implemented in Illinois. As the Program Director, you will oversee LSSI's very successful Therapeutic Foster Care program as it moves out of the pilot stage and into established programming as well as implementing the "redesigned" child welfare program called Families Together. Three highly acclaimed, evidence based interventions are the basis of the programs, including Treatment Foster Care of Oregon (TFCO), the KEEP Foster Parent Training program and the parent training model, Generations PMTO as well as a true team based approach for all work with families.
