The Branded Wholesale and National Accounts Internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working side by side with professionals from all levels in our Waltham, MA office. In this role you will Assist Sales Managers and Operations team with day to day business activities and projects to help advance the growth of National Wholesale customer and supplier network. We offer a flexible work environment. This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time in the office.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Analyze and update market fundamentals and help quantify customer profiles and opportunities
  • Maintain database for customer issues and provide statistics on resolutions.
  • Update step by step manual for Branded & National Wholesale customer set up.
  • Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
  • Facilitate a variety of meetings and activities for the purpose gathering information and understanding the processes.
  • As a team member diagnose potential organizational problem areas, identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
  • Special projects and market analysis
  • Update Supply Deals Database
  • Support daily hedging and reconciliation process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships.
  • Self-Starter that takes the initiative to ask questions.
  • Ability to apply knowledge learned in classroom to work.
  • Marketing or business administration coursework
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint
  • Requires a high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting expected deadlines
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and tenacity
  • Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from June 7th - August 13th.



Education Requirement

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
