The Instructor is a non-tenure track faculty appointment in the Department of Industrial Engineering in the Operations Management and Engineering Management Graduate Programs. The job duties for this position will include teaching graduate and undergraduate pre-requisite courses online. Specific instructor duties include designing courses, constructing syllabi, developing curriculum material, writing and administering exams, advising and evaluating students, serving on faculty committees, reviewing comprehensive examination presentations, mentoring new adjunct faculty, and participating in professional societies. The instructor may teach executive education or workforce development courses. This position will primarily teach online courses and will work remotely in conjunction with the University of Arkansas Policy on Flexible Work Arrangements including Remote Work.
