Wage: $22.00 - $28.00 hourly Scheduled Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm Benefits * Medical/Dental * FSA * 403(b) Retirement * Additional Voluntary Benefits * Paid Holidays * Vacation/Sick Leave * Education Assistance Program * Employee Assistance Program * Longevity awards Position Summary: The Early Learning Site Supervisor will be responsible for directly overseeing the daily operations of the Early Learning Center by ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, staffing supervision, and licensing requirements. A high level of attention will need to be had by Site Supervisor in order to ensure the Center meets all minimum licensing standards for a Licensed Child Care Center in Washington, Early Achievers requirements to attain and maintain a standard of excellence an implement Early Learning best practices. Responsibilities: Develop appropriate staffing and professional development for the Center
Supervise Lead Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Teaching Support Specialists and other designated position
Provide orientation and communication to parents
Work closely with the Early Learning Program Manager to ensure compliance with center operations and policies:
