Your Role at Baxter Are you looking to take part in a Procurement transformation at the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of hospital supplies? We are looking for a result driven Procurement leader with a passion for driving value, who wants to join our company mission to save and sustain lives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Supply Chain and Logistics Procurement US and global contracts, with a total spend in excess of $250M+ reporting direct to the Associate Director of Procurement - Logistic & Supply Chain. This position will be responsible for leading procurement excellence and driving best value through our supply chain, with key focus on cost, quality, and service for our US Region and additionally for our global categories, such as ocean and air freight. The leader in this role will continuously and proactively investigate new suppliers/technologies as inputs into our value funnel, supporting our organizational goals while helping to improve patient outcomes. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $170,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
