SUMMARY This position is the leader of a selling team comprised of Account Managers-THD over multiple states. This leader is accountable for achieving sales and budget goals in Andersen and Storm Doors. This role provides direction and leadership to Account Managers-THD and working closely with various delivery partners in The Home Depot Group, Area and Regional sales leaders, and various functions across the Enterprise and The Home Depot. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
SALARY INFORMATION: The midpoint of the compensation is 150,000.00 plus bonus incentives. Based on experience the rate can change. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
