Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE - Being in office is required. - Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication "scripts" when handling different customer enquiries -Document all call information according to standard operating procedures -Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center This role requires training in person in our Rochester, NY office. The training will be 2 weeks with the first week being a classroom style and the second week will be shadowed by a mentor. You will work Mon-Fri 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (1 hour lunch) and Saturday 9AM - 2PM PAY: Guaranteed base pay of $16/hr with a portion of your income coming from bonuses and incentive program. Uncapped performance-based incentive plan paid out monthly - Depending on your performance, you can earn an extra $300 - $500 per week! After training, Our Agents make on average up to $25/hr (base pay + incentives) with the potential to earn even more!
