JOB SUMMARY The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all logistics and warehouse operations. This will involve implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and utilizing statistical methods to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
