Description What We're Looking For: Meltwater is seeking a commercial transactions attorney with a strong background in technology, media, SaaS, or cloud industries to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of in-house experience, with a proven ability to lead complex negotiations, manage legal risks, and support sales teams in achieving their goals. You will bring exceptional communication skills, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to guide and develop a global team of attorneys while fostering collaboration across various functions and regions.
