YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as the Director of Program Management. This key leadership position oversees the success of our Satellite Communications Antenna projects and programs, helping us meet revenue, profit, and cash goals. You will have direct oversight of a team of Program Managers (PMs), driving program outcomes and developing strategies aligned with the company's objectives. YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:



  • Lead the Satellite Communications Antenna Products Portfolio, ensuring projects meet revenue, profit, and cash flow goals.
  • Manage program headcount and overhead to ensure financial success.
  • Align organizational strategies with company goals, driving operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Program Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Oversee the cost, schedule, and technical performance of multiple programs from inception to completion.
  • Optimize resource allocation for successful program outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with the broader organizational strategy.
  • Conduct regular program reviews, manage Estimates at Completion (EACs), and report on key metrics.
  • Play a key role in proposal development and management for future business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Encourage innovation within the program management team, continuously seeking areas for process improvement.
  • Travel as required (up to 15%).


YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Technical, Engineering-Related, or Business-Related field of study required.
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking and decision-making skills.


  • 12+ years of experience in Program Management working with a cross functional team (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Operations, etc.). Experience managing a wide variety of programs varying in contract value and complexity.


  • Experience managing domestic and international commercial and government programs.
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.


Preferred qualifications:



  • Masters degree in Technical, Engineering-Related, or Business field of study
  • 5+ years of technical experience in SATCOM or Telecommunications industries.
