Position Overview Salaried/Exempt position with programmatic leadership responsibility for a designated dorm of students. General duties: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Developing comprehensive programming across grade levels or cohorts in areas such as literacy, social-emotional learning, college access, service learning, and other relevant topics. Collaborating with academic teachers to integrate programmatic initiatives into the overall curriculum and student experience. Creating engaging and interactive activities, workshops, and events to support student development in targeted areas. Establishing partnerships with external organizations, experts, and resources to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students. Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness to ensure alignment with student needs and goals. Providing training and support to RAs and other staff members to facilitate their role in program implementation and supervision. Cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and engagement in program activities. Monitoring and tracking student progress and participation in program initiatives, providing feedback and support as needed. Collaborating with student families to promote involvement and support in programmatic efforts and initiatives Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required for this position.
