As a Sr Technician Aseptic Processing, 2nd Shift supporting our Sterile Team, you will be trusted to perform a variety of tasks related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products in Fort Worth, Texas in US.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Clean and prepare equipment for aseptic filling operations, in accordance with standards and procedures (cGxP, SOPs, etc.). Operate Clean in Place (CIP) and Steam in Place (SIP) on fill line equipment in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Strictly adhere to Current cGMP, Current cGDP, and SOPs. Perform duties in accordance with HSE standards.
- Prepare fill line equipment for sterilization. Resolve and/or report all discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and change out filters for aseptic and non aseptic activities (e.g., Preventive Maintenance and sterile filtration). Troubleshoot & fix minor aseptic problems line/equipment, alerting maintenance or supervisors as needed.
- Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, log books, etc.) in accordance with cGMP and cGDP.
- Plan work activities in accordance with production schedule, and shifting priorities, adjusting as necessary.
- Ensure that materials needed for production are available.
- Share knowledge and experience and collaborate with coworkers to meet business objectives and to develop team's overall capability. Sponsor/train new co-workers.
- Be flexible with respect to assignments, work schedules Interfaces - Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Communicate and Collaborates with the Quality , Materials Control, and Maintenance departments on quality issues, problem solving and to ensure proper technique and efficient flow of materials and products.
- Exchange accurate & complete information regarding production w/ supervisor.
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions.
- Adhere to garbing requirements in accordance with SOPs and to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines at all times.
- Participate in site safety programs and identify & report safety hazards or unsafe behavior and follow department and company safety guidelines.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Work hours: 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm
