DIVISION:

U.S. AutoForce POSITION SUMMARYAs an intern, you will join the U.S. AutoForce FP&A Team and support them in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. You will gain valuable experience in these areas as well as gain exposure to the U.S. Venture/U.S. AutoForce business model. Your contribution will help the team develop meaningful operational metrics and insightful business analyses on which the company can make sound financial decisions. This hands-on opportunity will take place at our corporate office in Appleton, Wisconsin from May/June 2025 to August 2025. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in monthly forecasting process for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.

  • Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to business processes.

  • Work with management to develop metrics to measure business operations, identify areas for improvement, and track performance toward financial goals.

  • Assist in ad hoc projects as directed by the FP&A team.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year bachelor's degree program, allowable disciplines: finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information.

  • Attention to detail and precision are required to draw meaningful insights.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges.

  • Curious mindset. Ambition to understand the "why".
