We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team under our 100% wholly-owned subsidiary, Ampcus Forensics. Positions will be available throughout the US. The Ampcus Corporate office is located in Chantilly, VA.

About the Role:

The Chief Forensics Officer will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the firm. The role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of forensic accounting and the insurance industry, along with a track record of success working in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the firm s long-term strategic plan, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure the firm's financial health and profitability.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including the preparation and delivery of educational or training presentations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture in order to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging forensic accounting techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the firm, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the firm's overall performance.
  • Oversee the quantification of insurance claims and litigation support matters on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters, attorneys, etc.
  • Represent Ampcus at business and community functions to maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
