Responsibilities * Architect, design, and implement DevOps processes and infrastructure for software and embedded firmware projects. * Lead the team in developing and maintaining Jenkins shared pipeline libraries, engaging in direct coding in python and groovy, along with planning and coaching, with the potential to contribute to central pipeline libraries. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including central DevOps, Product Security, Linux development, and Windows development. * Develop and maintain tools and scripts for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing of software and embedded firmware. * Drive innovation in DevSecOps processes and infrastructure to accelerate and enhance complex on-premises builds and downstream consumption, catering to various software flows. * Provide guidance to development teams on DevSecOps best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. * Stay abreast of industry and internal DevSecOps best practices and advocate for their adoption across the organization. * Coordinate releases with management, QA, and development teams. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Experience in software or embedded firmware development. * Proficiency in Linux and Windows administration. * Expertise in creating package management solutions using chocolatey, rpm, deb, etc. * In-depth understanding of Jenkins pipelines and experience in crafting automated build, test, and deployment workflows. * Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, Groovy, C#, and C++. * Experience with version control systems such as Git. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively with diverse teams. * Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
