Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager, this position is responsible foroverseeing specific aspects of the Accounts Payable (AP) process which includes processing invoices accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all Internal accounting policies and external rules and regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The job duties listed are essential functions of the position. However, other duties may be assigned, and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

      • Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to invoices, payments, or discrepancies.
      • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and relevant laws and regulations, including tax requirements.
      • Continuously evaluate and enhance accounts payable processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
      • Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes and transactions.
      • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices including the manual processing as well as three-way Purchase Order invoice matching.
      • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
