POSITION CONCEPT The Change Enablement Consultant will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption. Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. Play a key role in driving organizational transformation by developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify change impacts, mitigate resistance, and facilitate smooth transitions to achieve desired business outcomes. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Change Enablement Project Support (60%)

QUALIFICATIONS Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Human Relations, Public Relations, Communication or related field. Preferred: CCMP from ACMP, Proscior LaMarsh Practitioner certification or a similar certification. Experience Required: 3 years related experience including supporting organizational change initiatives with significant change management accountability; experience with large scale initiatives; advanced consulting skills including influencing, negotiating, working across organizations, decision-making and problem-solving Preferred: Previous utility experience in a related role (including change management, OD, communications, training). Experience supporting large and/or multiple strategic transformational programs from a change management and/or program management perspective. RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Change analysts, consultants, leadership and internal stakeholders External: Industry groups and applicable conferences to maintain standards Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Required:
Preferred: Experience using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Canva or Articulate a plus. LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES
WORK CONDITIONS Employees are expected to be at the office unless otherwise agreed to by their performance coach and/or by the needs of the projects they support. Occasional travel and storm restoration overtime is required. Complexity Required: Entails supporting, and at times, leading multifaceted transformational initiatives within a dynamic organizational environment. This position requires the ability to navigate through intricate stakeholder landscapes, decipher diverse business requirements, and synthesize complex information to develop and execute comprehensive change strategies. Must adeptly balance competing priorities, mitigate risks, and address challenges inherent in large-scale change efforts. Fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, guiding them through ambiguity, and driving alignment towards common goals.
