What you will do:
- Negotiate with customers and vendors to obtain orders, meet schedules, enhance profitability, and ensure that each customer uses OneSource as their primary source of material
- Promote and sell the people, products, and services of OneSource
- Tailor a business plan that is appropriate to each customer's business potential and market needs.
- Establish and maintain a consistent call schedule based upon the profitability and future potential of assigned accounts
- Implement an effective pricing plan tailored to each customer
- Coordinate and plan with the Account Representative and all other specialists (digital, lighting, gear, energy, wire & cable, automation, tools and safety) to ensure the customer is receiving the information and services needed in a timely fashion
- Resolve customer disputes concerning delivery, vendors, pricing, and returns in a timely manner
- Coordinate the efforts of the Credit department by obtaining the accounts receivable goals of the organization
- Prospect for new accounts as applicable
- Introduce and demonstrate new products to accounts
- Develop strong supplier relationships
- Analyze changes in market conditions as they apply to the territory
- Develop good working relationships with all specialists and support personnel
- Engage inafter-work customer entertainment

What you will bring:
- Electrical,Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
- 5 - 7 years of related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Work hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary Range:
- This is an exempt position, base salary is $90,000 annually, plus commission. The estimated total compensation range is $90,000 - $130,000 annually. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
