Job Description
This job requires certification that employee has the skill and ability to perform the job duties as detailed below. Employee will be provided training as outlined in the training section of this document. This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the QRMP accountability documents. Employee will also be required to be re-certified on a yearly basis. If employee receives more than three performance warnings in a 6-month period they will be required to go through re-certification to maintain job position. Issuance of all MRO purchases/parts while maintaining maintenance management system integrity. Specializing in superior customer service as well as delivering parts identification as needed, SAP knowledge and support, accurate inventory analysis, and being a resource to the Storeroom Coordinator and Storeroom Manager as needed. This is done in order to manage parts inventory accuracy by process comprehension and delivery. This function will support initiatives that will improve storeroom efficiencies as well as support parts availability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
