WebMD's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support PulsePoint, one of our rapidly growing divisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the recruiting process, offering comprehensive training from scheduling and sourcing to full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule multiple interviews with candidates; coordinate all details of interviews, including travel arrangements and act as point of contact for candidates on travel-related questions
  • Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
  • Engage in written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate records
  • Maintain accurate recruiting events calendar
  • Support the Lead Recruiter in sourcing initiatives both domestically and internationally
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Take on an array of special projects that advance the mission of our recruiting team
  • Provide occasional administrative support for TA operations and freelancer support team
Qualifications:
  • Internship or 6 months experience in a recruiting or human resources support role highly preferred (or similar internship)
  • Competency in MS Office required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Strong professionalism, discretion and customer service mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Superior time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: 55-60k
