Coordinator of Outreach & Belonging Dean's Office Full Time 80753BR Job Summary The Coordinator of Outreach & Belonging is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of student programs and services offered through the Learner Success Center. The Coordinator reports to the Assistant Dean Learner Success and Belonging. While demonstrating understanding of and enthusiasm for higher education (preferably with a focus on dentistry and dental student success), assist in organizing, publicizing (via social media and other means), and assessing programs and activities to support Admissions/Outreach and Learner Success/Belonging priorities as directed by the Assistant Dean for Learner Success and Belonging (ADLSB). Support new and existing initiatives designed to increase enrollment of learners from underrepresented and under-resourced communities in the Bay Area and beyond. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $50,700 - $107,500 (Annual Rate).
