Over the course of 10-12 weeks, as an IT Microsoft 365 Support Intern, you'll work at Butterball Headquarters located in Garner, North Carolina. The Services Support Intern will work closely with our senior SharePoint Architect, receiving mentorship and guidance to support various Microsoft 365 applications, services and tools, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, Office Online, with learning opportunities in the Microsoft Power Platform. This intern will provide support to M365 enterprise users in the form of Microsoft cloud applications training and creating user friendly documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience learning from an industry expert, while developing skills in a collaborative environment. The program's primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry. What you'll do: Assist in supporting some of Butterball's Microsoft platform applications, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and others while learning Microsoft 365 administration. Utilize our support ticketing system to assist users, tracking troubleshooting and resolving issues as it relates to SharePoint Online, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 applications. Document procedures, guides, and troubleshooting steps for both end user support and IT administrator training materials. Collaborate with the senior SharePoint Architect to implement new Team sites, features and solutions. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 online environment. What you'll get: Hands-on experience and professional development. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026. Experience providing support to system users. Eagerness to learn new technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
