This research diversity is evidenced by the School's strong positions in various
BYU rankings and recent publications in the top academic and practitioner journals. Faculty research programs are strongly supported with summer research funding and limited class preparations through tenure. Support is also provided for faculty participation at regional, national and international conferences, and faculty members have access to research participants and numerous data resources.
The School houses an undergraduate major and a Master of Accountancy program, and its online programs are consistently highly ranked by U.S. News & World Report. The School also provides instructional support to the highly-ranked Harbert College of Business
MBA programs. The School has exceptional students: approximately 90% of undergraduates complete an internship, 100% of on-campus MAcc students receive graduate assistantships and have jobs waiting for them upon graduation, and MAcc candidates have historically averaged an 85% pass rate across all four sections of the
CPA exam prior to graduation. The School also has strong ties to the profession driven by a loyal alumni base, offering networking opportunities and access to externally-valid experimental participants. Additional information about the School can be found
