Description

* Follow company Safety Policies, keeping personal safety and the safety of fellow employees foremost in all activities.
* Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and products in such a way that the safety of plant personnel and the environment is ensured.
* Accomplish daily production goals, daily orders, and monitor the process operations to ensure environmental compliance.
* Deliver production samples to the Laboratory as required.
* Inform Plant Manager of mechanical and process problems that will require plant or operating procedures changes to prevent reoccurrence.
* Complete process log sheets, check sheets, and other paperwork in a timely matter.
* Inspect equipment and report malfunctions that require repairs to the Production Supervisor.
* Make suggestions for improvement of existing operating procedures and review procedures when assigned.
* Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the plant is maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
* Packaging of Final Product in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
* Proper and orderly storage of Final Product in the warehouse.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Escort outside contract personnel in the plant.
* Keep the Production Manager informed of deviations from normal process parameters.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
