Overview

The Implementation Representative supports the Implementation Team by completing data entry and testing tasks in support of the project. This role may update system information for a customer, print test cards, upload files for testing, or partner with graphics to provide required information. This role will provide an opportunity to learn the CPI business, core functions of the implementation team, and gain exposure to the implementation process providing an opportunity for growth and development.



Responsibilities

    Print and ship test cards, as needed
  • Data entry into the ERP system including customer updates and printer requests
  • Partner with Implementation Specialist and Graphics team to generate accurate proofs for the customer
  • Uploading customer graphics to vendor portals for branding approval
  • Uploading cryptographic keys from customers to our internal portal
  • Uploading approved customer graphics to the portal for customer use
  • Collaborating with the Production team to manage mass-file execution, including monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery
  • Data entry for specification updates in the internal portal
  • Daily support for Implementation team, including data entry, file uploads and other routine administrative tasks
  • Participation in projects, as needed, to improve breadth of knowledge


Qualifications

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, priorities and time sensitive deadlines, while maintaining compliance and strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • 2 years+ experience in an administrative capacity

Physical Demands:

  • This position requires; ability to work from home, reliable high-speed internet access (hotspot not acceptable), dedicated distraction-free home work environment.
  • Hours are minimum 40 hours per week during company's regular business hours however evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand;
  • Work is in a typical office environment; prolonged sitting required (1-2 hours at a time)
