Operations Advisor - SECRET

Are you an experienced Operations Advisor with demonstrated experience in the execution of distributed Operational Training (OT), which can encompass warfighters in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments? A week in the life of anOperations Advisor includes:

• Focus to build continuity between Current Operations and Support Operations in order to execute DTOC mission
• Coordinate, track, support cross flight special projects
• Define timelines/deadlines for deliverables and decision points
• Identify and coordinate financial impacts to project completion
• Participate in meetings with government leadership providing recommendations on priorities, projects, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree
• Secret Clearance
• Minimum (5) years' experience at the DTOC supporting operational training in a Distributed Mission Operations environment
• Working knowledge of simulators, networks, and Distributed Mission Operations
