This is a multi-position announcement for eligible scholars and practitioners to fill several, part-time, graduate online teaching positions in science, business, and social science/psychology (see course topics in "Additional Comments").
Education: For Science or Technology Courses: Master of Science or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline Experience: Professional experience in sustainability related fields, with teaching, presentation, or training experience, is required. Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of a masters degree with results based experience or a terminal degree relevant to the course discipline and work or research in sustainability. Candidates should also be self-motivated, reliable and responsible as well as possessing strong written, verbal, graphic, and video communication skills. This is a multi-position announcement for several, part-time, graduate online teaching positions. The Institute for Sustainable Practice seeks experienced scholars and leading practitioners to teach 2 individual graduate courses each in one of the following topic areas. Each course will be offered 1-2 times per year in each of one of the following specific topics. Preference will be given to those with certification, training, education, and research in these areas: (a) Earth systems; (b) biomimicry design; green business principles and management, (d) green business financial and resource metrics; (d) green building design, certification, management, and operation; (e) renewable energy technology and applications; (f) food system production, processing, and retail (g) human system social science, environmental psychology, and behavior management; and (h) project management. |
